The project aims to improve protection of civil and political rights in Georgia, in particular freedom of expression/media and freedom of manifestation. To this end, GDI’s project team will conduct strategic litigation in the form of applications before the ECtHR. Strategic litigation will be mainly targeted at media representatives and civic activists (including those from minorities).
