Georgian Democracy Initiative has released the Newsletter for December 2014 which deals with important events and issues of the aforementioned period in terms of protection of human rights.
The newsletter concerns the situation in penal institutions, legal acts of the European Parliament regarding Georgia, domestic violence and its preventing measures, situation regarding unlawful detention of the Director of the IDFI, Giorgi Kldiashvili. The newsletter also reviews important changes and novelties that were implemented in the Georgian legislation and decisions of Consitutional Court of Georgia in December 2014.
