On January 25, 2015, representatives of Georgian Democracy Initiative held a discussion on the topic of “Freedom of expression and Charlie Hebdo“ with local Muslims in Akhaltsikhe. At the meeting, a member of the Board of Georgian Democracy Initiative, Giorgi Mshvenieradze, reviewed the constitutional standard about freedom of expression and the European and American experience in this respect. The talk was followed by a discussion. The meeting was held in the office of the Union of Democrat Meskhs.
